Legacy Projects · Community Construction

A stronger foundation.
A lasting impact.

Legacy Projects is Verity Building Group’s home for select not-for-profit and philanthropic construction partnerships. The work is intended to help neighbors move toward stable housing, create dignified homes for former service members and their families, and strengthen organizations that serve the community.

Where we can make a difference

Places that help people
begin a new chapter.

Paths to stable homeownership

Selected partnerships may support modest, durable homes for households working toward the security and opportunity that come with a place of their own.

Homes that honor service

We are interested in efforts that create safe, accessible, thoughtfully adapted housing for former service members, injured veterans, and their families.

Community-serving spaces

Mission-driven organizations sometimes need practical construction leadership for gathering places, support facilities, or improvements that expand their reach.

Our approach

Purpose needs the same discipline
as any important build.

  1. Listen

The community partner defines the people served, the need, and the outcomes that matter.

  2. Clarify

Site, program, funding boundaries, decision rights, donated work, approvals, and long-term operations are documented.

  3. Assemble

Designers, engineers, trade partners, suppliers, donors, and volunteers are matched to clearly defined responsibilities.

  4. Build responsibly

Safety, code compliance, durability, accessibility, schedule, stewardship, and transparent communication guide execution.

Before we begin

Good partnerships
start with clarity.

Legacy Projects is presented as Verity Building Group’s platform for select community-focused construction work. Any formal structure, funding, or tax-deductibility should be confirmed for the specific partnership before commitments are made.

Mission-driven housing, veteran-support, and community-serving organizations may be considered when the need, scope, funding, schedule, and responsibilities are clear.

Potentially. Participation must be coordinated through a defined project plan so donated materials, labor, warranties, safety, and scheduling are responsibly managed.

Use the contact page to describe the organization, people served, project location, current phase, desired timing, and the construction need.

No. Capacity is limited and each opportunity is evaluated for fit, readiness, mission alignment, and the ability to create durable value.
